Dlho sa mi nedarilo upiec\u0165 chleb\u00edk, ktor\u00fd by bol nad\u00fdchan\u00fd, m\u00e4kk\u00fd a ako sa vrav\u00ed- vati\u010dkov\u00fd. Nakoniec sa mi podaril tento, v kombin\u00e1cii so \u0161paldou, u\u017e tret\u00ed raz. Ver\u00edm \u017ee to nie je n\u00e1hoda a podar\u00ed sa aj V\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Najprv si v miske zmie\u0161ame kv\u00e1sok s vodou, do hladkej ka\u0161e a a\u017e potom prid\u00e1me m\u00faku a so\u013e. Miesime, a\u017e sa n\u00e1m cesto odliepa od stien misky. Prikryjeme a preklad\u00e1me trikr\u00e1t po hodine. Pri poslednom prekladan\u00ed, ho nech\u00e1me e\u0161te pol hodiny podkysn\u00fa\u0165 a n\u00e1sledne sto\u010d\u00edme do o\u0161atky. Nech\u00e1me na linke kvasi\u0165 3-4 hodiny. R\u00faru si zohrejeme na horn\u00e9\/spodn\u00e9 pe\u010denie na 250\u00b0C a pe\u010dieme 15 min\u00fat. Potom stiahneme teplotu na 220\u00b0C a pe\u010dieme \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 25 min\u00fat. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 gazdinka si samozrejme pozn\u00e1 svoju r\u00faru najlep\u0161ie, tak\u017ee \u010das pe\u010denia sa m\u00f4\u017ee l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165. Tak isto \u010dasy kvasenia s\u00fa pribli\u017en\u00e9, z\u00e1visia od teploty doma, od sily kv\u00e1sku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
