Pri poslednom prekladan\u00ed nech\u00e1me podkysn\u00fa\u0165 pol hodiny a n\u00e1sledne sto\u010d\u00edme cesto do o\u0161atky. Nech\u00e1me ho kvasi\u0165 na linke 3-4 hodiny. Ja som mala v kuchyni v tom \u010dase 24\u00b0C. Ke\u010f je cesto vykysnut\u00e9, vlo\u017e\u00edme ho do r\u00fary vyhriatej na 250\u00b0C na horn\u00e9\/spodn\u00e9 pe\u010denie. Po 15tich min\u00fatach stiahneme teplotu na 220\u00b0C a pe\u010dieme \u010fal\u0161\u00edch cca 15-20 min\u00fat. Chleb\u00edk nakr\u00e1jame a\u017e po \u00faplnom vychladnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
