Po poslednom prekladan\u00ed e\u0161te nech\u00e1me cesto podkysn\u00fa\u0165 pol hodiny a vyklop\u00edme ho na pom\u00fa\u010den\u00fa dosku. Z\u013eahka ho rozva\u013ek\u00e1me do kruhu a nare\u017eeme na 8 \u010dast\u00ed (ako ke\u010f kr\u00e1jame pizzu). Ka\u017ed\u00fd trojuholn\u00edk zrolujeme, podobne ako ro\u017eky, \u010di croissanty. Potom ro\u017eky v ruke zg\u00fa\u013eame do guli\u010dky a polo\u017e\u00edme na plech natret\u00fd tenkou vrstvou oleja. Postupne uklad\u00e1me guli\u010dky striedavo, prv\u00fa v rade vy\u0161\u0161ie, druh\u00fa ni\u017e\u0161ie. Keby boli v jednej rade, zlepili by sa. Mne sa vo\u0161lo v\u0161etk\u00fdch 8 \u017eemli\u010diek na jeden plech. Plech prikryjeme a nech\u00e1me kysn\u00fa\u0165 4 hodiny (ja pou\u017e\u00edvam na zakrytie druh\u00fd, hlb\u0161\u00ed plech). Ke\u010f s\u00fa \u017eemle nakysnut\u00e9, natrieme ich hrubou vrstvou roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00e9ho vajca a posypeme semienkami. Ja som pou\u017eila sezamov\u00e9 a \u010diernu rascu. R\u00faru si zohrejeme na 220\u00b0C a pe\u010dieme 10 min\u00fat.
