Tad\u00e1\u00e1\u00e1!!!! Podarilo sa mi to!!! Spotrebova\u0165 ve\u013ea ve\u013ea tekvice :-D. Tento cheesecake je vegan, bez lepku a lakt\u00f3zy. Deti okolo neho chodia tro\u0161ku opatrne, zazeraj\u00fa na t\u00fa podozrivo zeleninov\u00fa farbu, pe\u010den\u00e1 tekvica rozvoniava po celom byte. No pevne d\u00fafam, \u017ee v\u0161etk\u00fdm zachut\u00ed aj t\u00e1to, tro\u0161ku halloweensky laden\u00e1 sladk\u00e1 ma\u0161krta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Postup:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O\u010disten\u00fa tekvicu nakr\u00e1jame na v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie k\u00fasky a upe\u010dieme v r\u00fare na 180 stup\u0148ov, cca 50 min\u00fat, dom\u00e4kka. K\u00fdm sa pe\u010die tekvica, d\u00e1me zovrie\u0165 vodu a ke\u0161u orie\u0161ky v miske zalejeme vriacou vodou. Priprav\u00edme si korpus: v\u0161etky ingrediencie vymiesime do tv\u00e1rneho cesta a rozotrieme ho na dno tortovej formy, ktor\u00fa sme vystlali papierom na pe\u010denie. Boky formy natrieme jemnou vrstvou oleja. Cesto vyv\u00fd\u0161ime aj do bokov, uhlad\u00edme a utla\u010d\u00edme. Ke\u010f je tekvica upe\u010den\u00e1, vyberieme ju z r\u00fary a d\u00e1me piec\u0165 korpus na 180 stup\u0148ov, 15 min\u00fat. Tekvicu rozmixujeme ponorn\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom do hladka, prid\u00e1me hroznov\u00fa melasu a p\u00e1r kvapiek vanilkovej esencie. Ke\u0161u orie\u0161ky sced\u00edme a prid\u00e1me do misky 2-3 PL tekvicov\u00e9ho pyr\u00e9 a rozmixujeme do hladkej ka\u0161e. Ke\u0161u zmes prid\u00e1me k tekvicov\u00e9mu pyr\u00e9, d\u00f4kladne zamie\u0161ame. Ak sa n\u00e1m zd\u00e1 m\u00e1lo sladk\u00e1, prid\u00e1me hroznov\u00fa melasu pod\u013ea chuti. Na vychladnut\u00fd korpus vyklop\u00edme tekvicov\u00fa zmes, uhlad\u00edme a odlo\u017e\u00edme do chladni\u010dky, do nasleduj\u00faceho d\u0148a. Vychladnut\u00fa tortu sta\u010d\u00ed pod\u013ea fant\u00e1zie ozdobi\u0165 a m\u00f4\u017eeme pod\u00e1va\u0165. Dobr\u00fa chu\u0165. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
